A relationship is a connection that a person has with another person. Most people have many different relationships like with friends, family, acquaintances, teachers, employers.
Sharing responsibility in a relationship is very important as it helps to maintain a healthy relationship for the following reasons:
It allows the couple to speak about problems or worries in their lives which helps relieve stress/trust issues
It means the couple are working together and keeping a balance which will help to keep the relationship strong as one member is not doing more than the other
It allows the couple to share problems and to help each other by finding solutions, e.g. money worries, work issues, concerns over family or friends
It means that people in the relationship play their part and accept that sometimes things may not go as planned but it important not to play a 'blame game' and help each other out.
